Hiring: IB Comprehensive Tutoring Instructor

 

 5-Min Walk from Apgujeong Station (English, Math, Science, Business Management) 

1. Subjects:

IB subjects including English, Math, Biology, Business Management, etc.

2. Student Information:

• Grade 11 male student (currently attending an international school in Korea)

3. Location:

• 5-minute walk from Apgujeong Station, Gangnam-gu, Seoul

4. Tutoring Schedule:

• Monday: 4:00-10:00 PM (6 hours)
• Tuesday: 4:00-10:00 PM (6 hours)
• Wednesday: 4:00-8:00 PM (4 hours)
• Thursday: 4:00-10:00 PM (6 hours)
• Friday: 4:00-6:00 PM (2 hours)
• Saturday: Off
• Sunday: 3:00-7:00 PM (4 hours)
• Total Weekly Hours: 28

5. Preferred Tutor Qualifications:

• Must be currently enrolled in or a graduate of a university in the US or UK
• Preference for those who graduated from high school with an IB curriculum or attended an overseas boarding school
• Must be absolutely fluent in English
• Strong English writing skills required
• Proficiency in IB-level Math and Biology required

6. Gender/Age Preference:

• No preference

7. Tutoring Method:

• In-person tutoring at a fixed location near Apgujeong Station
• Commitment required at least until the start of summer break

8. Teaching Materials:

• IB-related textbooks and resources

9. Frequency:

• 6 sessions per week (Refer to the schedule above)
