Who can apply for the E9 visa (Qualifications):

People who want to work in Korea as factory workers and have passed the qualifications set by their country's assigned institution and HRDK.

• Aged between 18 and 38 years old
• Must pass the EPS TOPIK 
• Deemed medically fit
• No Criminal Record
• No previous record of deportation/eviction order from Korea
• No Educational Attainment necessary
• No Height Requirements

• Factory work, Assembly, Manual Labor, Construction, 

Required Documents for the Visa

• Valid Passport
• ID Picture
• Criminal Background Check (NBI clearance for Filipinos)
• Valid Pre-Employment Medical Examination
• Valid Birth Certificate
• Tuberculosis (TB) Medical Certificate
• Vaccine Certificate
• Visa Fee

Other documents may be requested by the embassy or immigration office if they see it fit.

How to apply:

Step 1: You must first register with the assigned institutions on your home country and pass the EPS requirements (EPS-TOPIK, Skills test, Medical Check-up, Employer Selection, and Training)

Step 2: Gather all the required documents

Step 3: Submit the documents to the assigned institution

Step 4: Wait for the visa to be issued

Step 5: Once the visa has been issued, wait for further details or next steps.

Job Restrictions

E-9 visa holders are only allowed to work for 1 company at a time. Visa holders are not allowed to take up part time jobs from other companies
