Visa:

Students who have been accepted into the KLI Program(regular, university Korean program) can apply for either a General Short-Term Visa (C-3-1) or a General Student Visa (D-4-1). It is essential for foreign nationals to have an appropriate visa for their study. Visa matter is very complicated and differs by each student's situation. It is the student's responsibility to clarify his or her visa matter at the nearest Korean Embassy, Consulate office or the Immigration office in Seoul.

Dormitory: 

• Yonsei gives students the option to have on-campus housing as well as off-campus housing. They can be rented up to  6 months (2 terms). Rooms are usually reserved on a first come first served basis.
• Meals are not provided
• Smoking and drinking are prohibited in the dorms
• Dormitory fees range from 1,432,000 to 2,272,000 KRW

• Colored photo 3.5 x 4.5 cm
• Passport
• Resident Card (for those applying in Korea)
• Graduation Certificate
• Notarized Diploma
• Notarized Transcript
• Financial Dicuments 
  • Original Certificate of deposit balance over $10,000 USD issued within 30 days of the arrival date by post
  • Should include the stamp or signature from the bank
• Birth Certificate
