  • Step 1: Go to a ticket vending and card reload device 
  • Step 2: Select English 
  • Step 3: select single use card
  • Step 4: select your destination and number of tickets you wish to purchase 
  • Step 5: Insert money into the machine 
  • Step 6: Get your card and your change 
  • Step 7: Go to the turnstiles or entrance gates  and look for a green arrow
  • Step 8: Tap your card on the right side and walk inside 
  • Step 9: Move to the platform and check if you are going the right direction
  • Step 10: Ride the subway to your destination 
  • Step 11: Once you arrive at the destination, go to the exit gates and look for a green arrow
  • Step 12: Tap your card on the right side
  • Step 13: Go to the refund machine
  • Step 14: Insert the card into the slot
  • Step 15: Get your card deposit
