Position: Korean Maintenance Specialist
Gender: Male or female
Age: 21-35
Nationality: No nationality restrictions, Korean preferred
Language: Fluent Korean + Chinese or English preferred
Salary: 3.052.683w - 4.769.817w + performance + full attendance
Working hours: 9 hours, 4 days off per month
location : philippines
Job requirements
1. Cheerful, good at communication, proactive, and obey the arrangements of superiors;
2. Have maintenance/customer service/gambling industry experience.
3. Proficient in Korean, multilingual preferred
Job responsibilities
1. Have strong speaking skills, language organization skills, and maintain good relationships with customers;
2. Maintain current customers, improve customer activity and retention rate;
3. Activate new users, guide them to participate in new activities, or other promotional activities;
4. Cheerful, good at communicating with customers, service awareness and service spirit, strong execution and initiative;
5. Quickly, enthusiastically and sincerely handle customer difficulties, professionally and properly solve any customer problems
