A unique festival where you can taste authentic German beer and sausage!

It is held in German Village, the home of miners and nurses sent to Germany who contributed to the economic development of Korea from the 1960s to the 1970s. The Namhae German Village Beer Festival is a unique festival where you can experience German culture and taste authentic German beer and sausage, based on Oktoberfest in Munich, Germany, one of the world's top three festivals.

German Village is a beautiful village where German miners and nurses who left for Germany in the 1960s and 1970s settled in Namhae.

 

 

The Namhae Beer Festival “Oktoberfest”, which first appeared in the fall of 2010, has been well received by people every year and has become a representative festival of Korea beyond Namhae.

You can see Germany in Korea, such as oak barrels and glasses full of beer, people cheering and enthusiastic, and beautiful and sophisticated European performances.
