2024년 최저임금(minimum wage system)

Korea implements a system in which the state protects low-wage workers by setting a minimum wage and forcing employers to pay wages above this level

Target: All businesses or workplaces that employ one or more workers must follow this system set by law.

Punishment: Violation of the set minimum wage may result in imprisonment of up to 3 years or a fine of up to 20 million won.
