Free events for foreigners in January (beauty & running)

Hi everyone!
I wanted to share some helpful info I came across today 🙂

There are a few free experience programs for foreigners happening in January, and they actually look pretty fun.

First, there’s a free 2026 trend styling & makeup seminar.
It’ll be held on Tuesday, January 13 at Beauty Play.
If you’re into beauty, styling, or makeup trends, this looks like an easy and interesting one to join.

For those who enjoy working out, there’s also a running program.
You get to run together with Korean runners and a professional running coach,
so it’s nice if you’re bored of running alone.
They even provide running shoes from well-known brands, which is a nice bonus!

The running sessions are on
January 15 (Thu) and January 23 (Fri),
with routes like Cheonggyecheon–Gwanghwamun  (5.9 km) and
Cheonggyecheon–Willow Marsh (5.5 km),
so beginners should be able to join without too much pressure.
