Foreign Student (D-2 Visa) Caught in Voice Phishing Case – Defense Achieves Non-Prosecution and Preserves Visa

This case involved a Mongolian student in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, who unknowingly lent his bank account after seeing an online job advertisement promising quick money. His account was later used in a voice phishing scam, leading to fraud charges.
