A Heater is similar to your air conditioner, it blows warm air throughout your room.

Wheras, Ondols are usually heating distributed via your floors.

전원 (Jonwon): Power

온도 (Ondo): Temperature

온수 (Onsu): Warm Water

온돌 (Ondol): Floor Heating
