Tips when going to the event

• If you want to view the fireworks up close, pick a good location and have a picnic with friends. Don't forget to bring a mat, some cool drinks, blankets, and some food.
• It gets really crowded so you can opt to view the fireworks from afar. 
• You can opt to stay at hotels around the river to get a spectacular view without the hassle.
• Have a backup plan when it's time to go home. The subway stations tend to get packed going and leaving Yeouido during the day of the festival. So be prepared to either walk to another station or book a hotel near the  venue.
