A prepaid card I found useful in Korea
Hi, I’m a foreigner living in Seoul :)
When you live in Korea, there are times when payments don’t work smoothly,
especially before you get a Korean bank card. I ran into that situation quite a few times.
While looking for options, I found a prepaid card called Mobilions.
It’s a card you charge in advance and use when needed.
So far, it’s been straightforward to use.
There’s no credit check, and you don’t need a Korean bank account to start.
You just use your own phone number, and you can top it up only when necessary.
In the beginning, things like bank accounts, cards, and verification don’t always get set up right away.
Having this card helped in situations where other payments didn’t work.
Sharing in case this is useful for others living in Korea.
