 ㅇ Qualifications : A team or individual that includes at least one foreigner residing in the Republic of Korea

 - For foreigners, only holders of an alien registration card are eligible

 - Korean may also participate, but teams have to include at least

 one foreigner

 - For a team, up to 4 people are allowed

 ㅇ Topic : A Better Global City, SEOUL (Choose one from below)

  ① Proposal for daily-life-oriented policies in various fields such as transportation, housing, climate, culture, welfare, employment and medical care, etc.

 ② Promotional content that reinterprets and rediscovers Seoul’s

 excellent policies in a way of short-form format 

 ㅇ Submit : Upload the video clips and documents to the ‘Seoul

 Metropolitan Government's Seoul in My Hand’ website
