[Compensation Provided] Looking for Foreign Workers with Farming Experience in Korea (Especially Hot Weather Work)

Hello! We are a student team called “Apple Hat” participating in the Sunny Scholar in Uiseong program by SK Happiness Foundation. From June to August, we lived in Uiseong, Gyeongsangbuk-do, to observe rural issues, and now we are conducting further research in Seoul.

Our current project focuses on “Labor Conditions of Foreign Workers in Rural Korea During Heat Waves.” We are looking for foreign workers who have experienced farming in Korea, especially on extremely hot days.

📌 Interview Details

• Format: In-person or Zoom (whichever you prefer)

• Duration: About 30 minutes

• Compensation: Provided after the interview

• Confidentiality: Your responses will be used only for research purposes and will be deleted immediately after the project ends.

We are a team of four university students from Ewha Womans University, Chonnam National University, Soongsil University, and Incheon University. Our goal is to improve working conditions for foreign farm workers under extreme heat and address legal blind spots in labor rights.
