I wonder what you think of "Emergency Ready App"

Please ask foreigners living in Korea.

I am a first-year high school student attending a school in Korea. My club is gathering opinions on how the Emergency Ready App impresses foreigners, exactly how much the Emergency Ready App is helping foreigners, and whether this app is uncomfortable.
