📢 Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency (KDCA) Public Communication Team 9th Class Open Recruitment!

KDCA is now recruiting the 9th Class of the Public Communication Team! 

This Class will include foreign residents of S. Korea for the very first time. Please read the instructions below and submit your applications!

 

 📍Recruitment qualifications and categories

- Mandatory: Residents of S. Korea over 19 years old with interest in KDCA and policies related to disease control (50 persons)

- Recruitment categories: 

① General public (44~45 persons)

② YouTube and Instagram Creators (4 persons)

✨③ Foreigners currently residing in S. Korea (1~2 persons) *able to communicate in Korean

- Preferred: Persons with active social media presence or experience in content creation, persons over 60 years old who can create online contents

 

📅Recruitment period

- Application submission: 2025.1.7. (Tuesday) ~ 1.19. (Sunday)

- 1st round announcement: 2025.1.23. (Thursday) (applicants will be contacted individually)

- Interviews: 2025.2.4. (Tuesday)

- Final announcement: 2025.2.7. (Friday)

📅Activity period

February 2025 ~ December 2025 (11 months)

 

🧼Activities

- Participating in conveying KDCA policies to the public

- (Offline) Visiting major disease control facilities and participating in education and experience programs etc. 

- (Online) Creating and promoting online contents relevant to disease prevention 

- (Other) Making suggestions relevant to policies via opinion polls and surveys etc. 

 

🏆Benefits

- Certificate of Appointment and Completion of Activities (provided activity criteria are met)

- Monthly fixed activity allowance (extra rewards for Outstanding Contents & Outstanding Participants provided)

- Coverage of necessary expenses (transportation etc.) when participating in offline activities

- Outstanding Participants will receive a Certificate of Award (1st place, 2nd place, 3rd place)
