Seoul X’s “Seoul Bucket Mate Supporters(서울 버킷메이트 서포터즈)” program is designed so that foreign buddies (Bucket Barami) can realize their bucket lists together with Korean university students (Bucket Erumi). Through 2:1 buddy meetups, participants experience real-life Korean beyond textbooks, while capturing the journey in Gen Z-style content and exchanging language and culture👋

Seoul X is a Korean Language & Experience Center located in Hannam-dong, focused on Korean language education while co-designing unique experiences in Seoul. Beyond helping learners improve their Korean in a short period of time, we aim to create a seamless flow that connects learning, space, and real-life experiences—allowing learners to naturally immerse themselves in Korean daily life and culture.😄

📌Recruitment Plan📌 (Recruiting 10 Participants)

✔️Eligibility & Preferred Qualifications

[Eligibility]

Those who can responsibly complete two “2:1 Buddy Meetups” missions held across Seoul over the course of one month
Foreign residents currently living in Korea (all ages and nationalities welcome)

[Preferred Qualifications]

Those who want to learn real, practical Korean used in everyday life, rather than boring grammar-focused classes
Those who want to achieve Seoul bucket list experiences they couldn’t do alone
Those who want to capture Seoul’s local charm and the Korean they learned through meetups in SNS content

✔️Benefits

Team activity support fund of KRW 240,000 (KRW 80,000 per participant)
Free Seoul X education voucher (worth approximately KRW 250,000)

✔️Recruitment & Selection Schedule

May 14 (Thr) – May 25 (Mon), midnight: Application period
May 27 (Wed): Final announcement of selected participants
May 29 (Fri): Orientation Ceremony (Failure to attend the orientation will result in disqualification)

※ Each team will consist of 2 Bucket Dreamers + 1 Bucket Maker (Korean student mentor)

※ Please note that the recruitment and selection schedules for Bucket Dreamers and Bucket Makers are different.
