I'm a university student in Korea, working on a UX project with KCT tplus, a Korean MVNO (mobile virtual network operator).

Our goal is to redesign the tplus website so that foreigners living in or visiting Korea can purchase a SIM card and activate a mobile plan entirely on their own — with zero language barriers.

To do that, we need YOUR experience and opinions!
