Group Pilates with Lisa Wawrychk

The Program
The class runs on a monthly basis (must complete 4 classes within 4 weeks) and work to objectives in the following 
  • Core strength as well as leg and back strength 
  • Balance and stability 
  • Endurance
  • Flexibility and range of motion 
  • Coordination and fluidity
  • Control, awareness of your movement (proprioception), and understanding of basic biomechanics 

 

 

Notes:
The classes are progressive and we don’t allow dropins as they disrupt the group and progress, sorry!
